In the scope of the CHW Conference, EC AHEC is looking for either research, effectiveness of a resource, the need for resources, social determinants of health, resources that are paired with SDOH, localized or statewide issues. Posters will be judged on specific categories: Partnerships, programs, and grassroot efforts.
